Club Hours
As an eMbody Fitness member, you may work out whenever it is convenient for you with our private key fob entrances. If you require assistance or would like to bring a guest, our team is happy to welcome and serve you during the following hours:
Manager on Duty Hours:

Guests:
We welcome our members to bring guests to the club. Guests may use the club during the Manager on Duty Hours listed above. (Guest Fees apply.)
Coming for a Tour?
If you would like to have a tour of the club, please call or stop by during our staffed hours. Simply ring the bell at the front entrance and a team member will be pleased to welcome you to the club. If these times are not convenient for you, contact us by phone or email and we will be pleased to schedule an appointment at your convenience.
Parking:
For your convenience, there is ample parking at the Green P lot directly behind the club. Members can may use the key fob entrance at the back of the club. There is also metered parking in front of the club as well as neighborhood street parking.
