8 WEEK PROGRAMS
Our experienced eMbody team of fitness professionals have developed a variety of innovative 8 week programs designed to help you accelerate your results in a motivating, supportive and fun environment. Each week, a certified eMbody Personal Trainer or Instructor will lead a small group of 4 - 8 participants through a customized workout designed to educate, inspire, and help you acheive the results you dream of.

eMBODY FITBASICS

Are you brand new to exercise and feel intimidated by the equipment and classes or perhaps you just need a change from doing the same old workout. An eMbody certified trainer will motivate and educate you each week with a safe and effective workout focusing on progressive conditioning, strength, and overall health. The emphasis of this program is making fitness fun in a non-threatening, supportive environment.

 

eMBODY RESHAPE
Diet alone can’t help you lose those last ten or more pounds. This nutrition and exercise program consists of a variety of fitness activities intended to keep participants in their target fat-burning zone. A nutrition component is included each week to educate you on healthy eating strategies. Dynamic eMbody Reshape instructors Debra Basch and Victoria DeSousa are both certified with an expertise in both personal training and holistic nutrition.

 

GRAVITY TRAINING
GRAVITY is a fun and innovative full body workout with maximum results. Participants use their body weight as resistance against the pull of gravity. A free rolling glide board encourages an unrestricted free flow of multi-plane movement that recruits multiple muscle groups synergistically while working the core stabilizers. Gravity training is great for all ages and fitness levels.

TRX SUSPENSION TRAINING
Originally designed by the U.S. Navy as a training tool for its special Sea, Air and Land (SEAL) forces, The TRX uses your body weight against gravity to increase strength, stability and endurance. The TRX system is suspended and therefore creates a dynamic environment, making the neuromuscular system work to co-ordinate movement. The TRX is used by many professional athletes and is also excellent for new exercisers. Master Trainer Robert Steigele will create a workout full of variety aimed at measurable results.

KETTLEBELL CONDITIONING
If you are looking for a challenge this functional and compound program is just what you need! With a focus on integrating breathing, movement and alignment with your ability to control balance and weight . Kettlebells will work multiple muscle groups simultaneously, developing strength and muscular endurance!with one Word. Exercise. More specifically, strength training which is also called resistance training. Resistance.

 

PURE STRENGTH

 

Enjoy life changing fitness and challenge yourself in ways you never thought possible each and every workout. Pure strength is a total body workout that focuses on your strength and offers the challenge you have been waiting for. Taught by Chris Roche this program will not only improve your strength but also educate you on the proper way to lift heavier weights and get the results you are looking for!

 

GRAVITY REWIND
Moving easily and rewinding the clock can be done with one Word. Exercise. More specifically, strength training which is also called resistance training. Resistance training preserves and builds muscle and muscle is the cornerstone for health, vitality, great posture, fitness, and lean bodies. We start losing muscle in our late 30’s to early 40’s, ultimately lowering our strength, endurance and our basal metabolic rate. Gravity Rewind is a dynamic but low-impact one hour group training class that will increase strength, flexibility, balance, power, endurance, joint integrity, and core strength. It is the ultimate all in one workout. With more than 200 exercises for strength, flexibility and Pilates, you can train for years and never do the same workout twice. Gravity Rewind is functional, fun and will yield results and it is geared specifically towards Boomers!

 

 

PRE AND POST NATAL GROUP TRAINING
eMbody’s Prenatal Group Training is designed for women wanting to maintain a healthy and strong physical state during pregnancy. This class will address modifications for moms-to-be in the 1st,2nd or 3rd trimester of pregnancy by increasing muscular balance and cardiovascular endurance. Expectant moms can benefit from exercise during pregnancy by reducing susceptibility to postural problems, swelling, leg cramps, varicose veins, fatigue, and extra weight gain. Prenatal exercise also helps to improve circulation and reduce pelvic pressure. These group training sessions will have no more than 4 women per class, ensuring that you are getting professional guidance but also encouragement and fun! eMbody Fitness advocates exercise during pregnancy. We recognize that there are contraindications to exercise in pregnancy that are outlined by the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (A.C.O.G). Please check with your doctor prior to registering.

The Postnatal fitness class will help you lose pregnancy weight and regain or exceed pre-pregnancy fitness levels safely. Classes will be will an excellent workout focusing on core work as well as cardiovascular endurance, and muscular strength and stretching. Say goodbye
to your "ummy tummy"

 

STROLLER BOOTCAMP
Stroller Bootcamp is an intense workout outdoors for Moms, with babies under one year. This program will keep your heart rate up throughout the class, as well we use your own body weight, and the resistance of the strollers and the facilities of a near by park for strength, and muscular endurance training. We will be power walking/jogging, stepping, lunging and more. Look forward to special focus on working the core, getting rid of "mummy tummy".
